27% of older adults with a household income below $20,000 have difficulty shopping for groceries.
15% said they get outside the home only once or not at all during the week.

We invite you to tap into your “better angels” and join with us.

These past activities are examples of opportunities for members:
• Special screening of "Young at Heart" at the Alamo Drafthouse.
• Luncheon presentations by Dr. Jerald Winakur, a geriatrician, and Jim Comer, author of
  Parenting Your Parents.
• Group volunteer events for Meals on Wheels and More, Austin Groups for the Elderly,
Family Eldercare Fan Drive and Mobile Art Program.

Time is just as important as money.

You have two options for becoming a member of Health’s Angels:
1) Pay one-time, tax-deductible membership dues of $100.
2) Commit to attending three service projects each year, and we will waive the $100 dues.

To join online, please click here and complete the Health’s Angels membership form on the St. David’s Foundation website. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your membership dues are tax-deductible.
